Budgeting rule of thumb:plan for gross salary plus 16.71 percent in employer contributions, plus the aguinaldo which adds roughly another month across the year, plus benefits and our fee. Two things to hold in reserve: a second aguinaldo becomes payable in any year national growth passes the statutory threshold, and severance accrues from the start of employment rather than arriving as a surprise at the end. Tell us the role and the gross figure and we will give you an exact number with the employee's net alongside it.
